-ANNUAL GEAR SWAP-
May 3 thru June 7, 2008
Divers are invited to clean out the dive bag and turn those treasures in to cash or new treasures during our Adventure Scuba Annual Gear Swap. It's a great opportunity for both the seller and buyer. Items will include Reg sets, BCDs, Fins, Masks, boots, hoods and tanks.
Here's how it works- sellers bring their items into Adventure Scuba. We help them price the items and put them on display for sale. Buyers purchase the items. The seller has the option of paying a consignment fee or applying his proceeds to new gear. Pretty simple and a lot of fun.

SELLER TIPS: To get the most dollars for your items:
-- Clean 'um up: Items
that are clean and show evidence of good maintenance are
a pluses in the buyers eye.
-- If its a simple repair- just do it!
-- Price your items appropriately- keep in mind that
prospective buyers are looking for
bargains. You might show the "if new" price for comparison. We will give
you our best advice.
--Include any manuals and documentation that you might have. A list of
"features" is very helpful for things like computers, BC's and Regulators.
--Items must be either in usable condition or can be repaired.
Example: Regulators
may be out of service, but should be serviceable- no out of date equipment
please.
