The PADI Open Water Course is the first step to your next
adventure. You start by choosing the training materials that fit your
learning style. The PADI Open Water Diver course materials are available on CD
ROM, traditional full color text book and video combination, or on line
with new
PADI eLearning
portal. The course materials
are designed for self-paced study- you can start your course tonight!
Adventure Scuba offers class & pool formats the will fit any busy schedule. Our weekend classes fast paced and great for tight schedules. The class meets Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday. Your PADI instructor will review the material that you learned during your home study and then off to the pool where you will learn the skills that you need to safely enjoy the sport of diving. From that first breath, you will be amazed and wonder what took you so long to sign up. |

Weekends to fast for you? Try our Evening class-
class meets 4-5 evenings over two weeks. The pace is slightly slower- more
pool time. This format is recommended for divers that might need a little
more time to get comfortable with diving. Can't find a class & pool session to fit your needs?

To complete your certification, you will complete your
check out dives, a series of 4 dives done over two days. During these dives, you
demonstrate for your instructor you mastery of the skills that you learned
in the pool and classroom. These dives are offered year round-
during the summer at local dive sites or during the winter at a warm springs in
Utah. We can also help you make arrangements to complete your dives on a
trip. Through the PADI network, we can refer you to a PADI Instructor at
your destination.
